- What you send us. If you fill in a form or email us, we receive your name, phone number, email address, town and whatever you write in the message.
- Basic site analytics. Our host records standard web request information such as pages requested, approximate location and browser type. We do not use this to identify individuals.
What we do with it
- Answer your question and arrange your beef order.
- Contact you about the order — availability, timing, pickup or delivery.
- Nothing else. We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.
Text messages
If you tick the SMS consent box, we may text you about your beef order. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Your consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase, and we do not share text-message consent or phone numbers with third parties for their own marketing.
Cookies
This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser may store standard technical information required to load the page.
How long we keep it
We keep order and enquiry records as long as we need them to serve you and to meet ordinary business record requirements.
